Download your data and delete your account

Your data. Updated 17 October 2026

Your Vaults are yours. You can take them with you at any time.

Export a Vault

Only a Vault’s Owner can export it.

  1. Open the Vault, then Vault settings, General.
  2. In Export, select Export this Vault.
  3. The export runs in the background, so you can leave the page. When it finishes, select Download.

The export is one .rpgvault.zip file with your Collections, records, Maps, Decks, Roll Tables, Dungeons and the Library’s files, plus a readable copy of your records. It does not include API keys or passwords. The page shows when the file is “Ready until” a date; after that, export again. You can also select Delete to remove an export file sooner.

You can also download a single Collection or record from its own page.

Import a Vault

On the Vaults page, choose Import Vault and pick a .rpgvault.zip file. The import makes a new Vault with you as the Owner. Your other Vaults don’t change. Members aren’t brought across; share the new Vault again.

Delete your account

Open Account and find Delete account.

  1. First deal with every Vault you own. Make another member the Owner, or delete the Vault. Export anything you want to keep first.
  2. Choose Delete account, then type your username and your password (and a two-factor code, if you use two-factor authentication).
  3. Your account is deleted and you are logged out everywhere. This can’t be undone.

What you created in Vaults owned by other people stays there and shows as “Deleted user”.

Backups can keep a copy of deleted data for a short time before they expire. For questions about your data, write to support@mylorechive.com.
