Terms of Service

Who we are

Lorechive (formerly Loretium) is operated by Joel Gamble, an individual in the United States ("we"). Contact: support@mylorechive.com.

Using the service

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16. You are responsible for your account, your password and your recovery codes. Do not share your account.

Your content

You own what you put in your Vaults. You give us permission to store and show it to you and to the people you share it with, only to run the service. You can export your data at any time.

Rules

Do not use Lorechive to break the law, to harass others, to upload content you have no right to share, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Beta, availability and changes

The service is in beta and is provided as it is, without a promise of uptime. See the Beta agreement. We may change these terms; we will tell signed-in users before a new version applies.

Ending your account

You can delete your account; deletion takes effect after a 14-day grace period. We may end the service or an account with notice by email where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Keep your own exports.

Governing law

The laws of Arizona, United States, apply, without removing any rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
